Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 09|04|2025.

At UNBOUND, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all individuals, including people with disabilities. We strive to make our website inclusive, usable, and accessible in line with recognised standards and best practices.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

This website has been developed in compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2], at Level [A / AA / AAA], to support assistive technologies and inclusive browsing. Measures implemented include:

  • Logical site structure and defined content hierarchy

  • Clear heading levels and reading order

  • Alternative text for images

  • Accessible media formats (video, audio, downloadable content)

  • High-contrast colour schemes

  • Minimal use of motion or animation

  • Keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility

We continue to monitor, audit, and improve the site to maintain accessibility and user experience across devices and systems.

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

At present, this website does not include any third-party content that impacts accessibility. However, should external tools, embedded media, or third-party services be incorporated in the future, their accessibility will depend on those providers. In such cases, partial compliance will be clearly stated, and we will aim to offer accessible alternatives whenever feasible.

Accessibility arrangements in the organisation

UNBOUND operates exclusively within the digital space. We do not offer in-person services.
We do not work with individuals under the age of 18, or those presenting with high-risk clinical or behavioural conditions—including diagnosed narcissistic personality disorder or similar profiles—nor with those in acute or unmanaged psychiatric states. Our work requires a baseline of emotional stability, self-responsibility, and psychological readiness. This policy protects the integrity of our process and ensures ethical alignment.

Requests, issues and suggestions

If you find an accessibility issue on the site, or if you require further assistance, you are welcome to contact us through the CONTACT form on this website.

All accessibility-related queries will be reviewed and responded to appropriately and in a timely manner.
